1. PARTIES
The party with whom you will enter into a contract for membership to www.mielojewellery.com ("Site") over the Internet is ANI KUYUMCULUK TURZ. İNŞ. SAN. FOREIGN TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. ("Mielo Jewellery").
User: Refers to any individual who visits the Mielo Jewellery website, whether they make a purchase or not.
Member: Refers to any natural or legal person who wishes to purchase products from Mielo Jewellery, completes the membership form in full, and whose membership is approved and accepted by Mielo Jewellery. Such persons will be referred to as "MEMBERS" in this contract.
Individuals who are 18 years of age or older may become members by filling out the relevant membership form on the SITE with their true identity information. Legal entities, including companies (individuals and partners), collective companies, general partnerships, limited partnerships, limited liability companies, joint-stock companies, cooperatives, and other organizations with legal authority, may also become MEMBERS by completing the relevant membership form on the SITE. These entities can perform transactions on behalf of their institutions.
The "Member name" is unique to each member and may not be duplicated. Each "Member name" is specific to a single MEMBER and cannot be assigned to two different MEMBERS.
