Delivery Terms
Your orders will be handed over to the cargo company for delivery to the address you provided once the bank approval is received. Depending on the distance from the delivery address to the cargo branch, the cargo company will deliver your order within 1-3 days. If the product needs to be produced and the item you ordered is out of stock, the production process may take anywhere from 7 to 30 days. If the address you provide is incorrect, our company will not be responsible for delivery issues or delays.
If an issue arises due to our fault, we will notify you using the membership information you provided. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and accurate.
All products you purchase will be delivered by the cargo companies we have agreements with, under the Mielo Jewellery guarantee. Once your product is handed over to the cargo company, you will receive a message on your phone to track the shipment.
www.mielojewellery.com is an online shopping platform that allows multiple users to shop simultaneously. In rare cases, two customers may purchase the same product when it is out of stock. If the product you paid for is out of stock, there will be a waiting period of at least 7 (seven) and up to 30 (thirty) days. If we are unable to deliver the product within this period, your payment will be refunded.
Deliveries are not made on holidays or vacation periods. Furthermore, our company will not be responsible for delayed deliveries due to high demand during holidays.
