Warranty and Return Conditions

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise stated. To ensure the warranty remains valid, the Buyer must inspect the product upon delivery. If any damage is found, the Buyer should refuse to accept the product and request a report from the delivery service. The Buyer must then send the photos of the damaged product, along with the report, to us via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours at the latest. Failure to do so will result in the company being unable to take responsibility for any damage to the product.

Changes made to the product, any deformation, or alterations to the original design are not covered by the warranty.

PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS

If you wish to return a product purchased from our site, and the product meets the return conditions outlined in the Distance Sales Agreement and Preliminary Information Form (and is not excluded from the right of withdrawal), you must contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery. You can reach us through the online support section on our page, or via the phone, WhatsApp, or email contact details provided.

To process the return, the product, along with the invoice, delivery note, original product box (if any), and any accompanying documents (including gifts), must be sent to the address provided by the Seller using the contracted cargo company. After receiving the product, our experts will review it to ensure that the return conditions are met. If the return is approved, the amount paid for the product will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase (if paid by credit card), or to the bank account used for payment (if paid by money order/EFT).

The return conditions follow the requirements set forth by the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

If the error in the ordered product is caused by the customer's use, or if the product has been used within 14 days, it cannot be returned or replaced.

If the delivered product is damaged in any way, do not accept the product and immediately have a report drawn up by the cargo company at the time of delivery. Please send us pictures of the damaged product along with the report by contacting us via e-mail or WhatsApp within 48 hours at the latest. Otherwise, our company will not be responsible for any damages that may result from the product being damaged.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

If you wish to exchange a product purchased from our site, provided it meets the exchange conditions outlined in the Distance Sales Contract and the Preliminary Information Form, you must contact us via the phone, WhatsApp, or email listed on our site within 14 days from the date of delivery. The product you wish to exchange must be returned to the address specified, using the contracted cargo company, and include the invoice, delivery note, product packaging, any gifts, and all other relevant documents.

Upon receipt of the returned product, our experts will conduct a review to determine whether the exchange conditions have been met. If the error is caused by customer use or if the product has been used within the 14-day period, the product will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Products that have been processed, altered, or personalized at the customer's request may not be accepted for return or exchange. In such cases, the store reserves the right to apply a deduction from the product's price. Additionally, if the customer requests an exchange for a different size or grammage, the company reserves the right to charge an additional fee. Ring sizes ordered outside of sizes 14 or 15 are considered personalized products.

Products that have undergone special alterations or were made to a customer's specific order cannot be returned or exchanged. Furthermore, products returned without an invoice, receipt, or certificate will not be accepted for exchange.

The conditions for product exchanges and returns are subject to the practices required by Turkey's Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
